Ashley Martin, RYT-500 

Yoga is mind-body medicine, movement is medicine.

My philosophy is rooted in alignment, mobility, strength, flexibility and functional anatomy. I encourage you to listen to your body to cultivate curiosity and awareness for a sustainable practice.

The potency of the practice comes from activating the conscious breath. Through the breath you learn to access a level of clarity that helps connect you to your internal self-your spirit, to others and help accelerate your life.
