Blueberry Smoothie


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of your milk choice or milk sub (I use Oat Milk)

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh spinach (really just grab a handful and throw it in)

  • 1 medium ripe banana peeled

  • ½ ripe avocado peeled and pitted

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries

  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed meal

  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

  • Optional- 1 pitted date for sweetness

Directions

  • Place your blender in the order listed:

    • Milk, spinach, banana, avocado, blueberries, date, flaxseed, chia seed, cinnamon

  • Blend until smooth.

  • Tip for those that like a thicker smoothy, add a handful of ice or if you need to thin it out, add in more milk.

  • Must eat immediately :)
